Property Care Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Groundskeeper to join our team at the Housing Authority of the City of Camden. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our public housing development.
Your primary responsibilities will include performing routine tasks such as cleaning public spaces, cutting grass, and removing bulk trash. You will also be responsible for caring for and maintaining all supplies and equipment owned by the property or the Housing Authority.
Key Qualifications- High School Diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in grounds keeping and/or property maintenance preferred
- Able to lift up to 35 pounds frequently and occasionally lift heavier objects with assistance
- Good communication skills and the ability to work harmoniously with colleagues and residents
We offer a competitive starting salary of $15.13 - $16.00 per hour, as well as a benefits package available to eligible employees.
