Job Summary

The Michaels Organization is seeking a Property Services Coordinator to join our maintenance team. This part-time opportunity offers the potential for permanent employment and provides an excellent chance to develop your skills in facilities maintenance.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $38,000 - $46,500, based on a 40-hour workweek and an hourly rate of $18-$22.

Responsibilities

  1. Maintain the physical integrity of our communities, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for residents and staff.
  2. Assist the Leasing and Maintenance Staff in performing routine cleaning tasks and addressing maintenance concerns.
  3. Respond to service requests and resident concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  5. Participate in training seminars to enhance your knowledge and skills in facilities maintenance.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred but not necessary.
