We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team in San Angelo, TX.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $72K-130K+, with uncapped commissions and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, 401k, and paid time off.

About the Role

This outside sales role involves connecting with small to midsize businesses to establish B2B relationships and nurture pipelines from qualified leads through face-to-face presentations.

We train our full-time sales representatives to ensure they have the tools, resources, and training needed to thrive. Our supportive environment encourages growth and development within the company.

Requirements
  • Motivated and passionate sales closer with a desire to make $100K+ within the first year.
  • Understanding and proficient with technology.
