Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at Community Impact. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with local businesses to help them grow and thrive through our advertising products.

About the Role:

  • Build and maintain a successful book of business by identifying new sales opportunities and fostering strong relationships with existing clients
  • Consult with clients to tailor the perfect advertising plans to meet their specific needs and goals
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base

Note: This role requires office hours in New Braunfels, Texas on Mondays and as needed for training, but the majority of duties will be conducted from the field in Boerne.
