Paul Davis Restoration of San Antonio TX: Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team in San Antonio, TX.

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a sales professional to leverage their skills and expertise in building strong relationships with current and potential clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the services of Paul Davis Restoration, building industry relationships, delivering leads and projects to our teams, and helping people in their time of need.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients through B2B visits, organized events, and cold calling in a competitive environment.
  • Organize and schedule a calendar of consistent Business-To-Business visits.
  • Manage marketing programs and utilize marketing technology software to upload contacts to the CRM, send email campaigns, customize and print marketing collateral, track sales calls, leads, referrals, and notes.
  • Collaborate with the franchisor, read weekly communications, and schedule consistent meetings with the Regional Marketing Manager.
  • Attend business networking functions to promote the business.
  • Coordinate and manage community and charitable events.
  • Schedule, manage, and present Continuing Education courses.
  • Research local trade shows and coordinate Paul Davis booth set-up.
  • Attend training courses and annual conference seminars as requested.
Requirements:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking and planning capabilities.
  • Project management and multitasking ability.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Exemplary computer skills, including Internet and Microsoft Office.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission and bonus opportunities. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with company match, PTO, paid holidays, and a company vehicle for sales calls.

Qualifications:
  • Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications degree (Not Required).
  • Two or more years of sales experience.
  • Franchise, restoration, construction/home improvement, and/or insurance industry experience ideal.
  • Must have a clean driving record.
