About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Territory Manager, Diagnostic to join our Urology team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by selling Laborie products and services to offices and hospitals in a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Present and demonstrate Laborie products and services to medical professionals, including physicians, nurses, and laboratory managers.
  • Support and advise physicians on the correct use of Laborie products, ensuring proficiency with all product portfolio devices.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets, leveraging the Laborie range and value-added customer solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree (B.S. or B.A) or equivalent experience, education, and training.
  • Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience in medical devices or a related field.
  • Proven ability to identify business opportunities and persuade others.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
