We're seeking a highly skilled Territory Manager, Diagnostic to join our Urology team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by selling Laborie products and services to offices and hospitals in a designated territory.
Your primary objective will be to achieve sales targets by presenting, in-service, and selling Laborie products and services to medical professionals. You'll need to demonstrate proficiency with all product portfolio devices, indications for use, and procedures, as well as provide support and advice to physicians on the correct use of Laborie products.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication skills, including advanced presentation ability, and be able to identify and develop real prospects to ensure sales targets are achieved. You'll also need to be able to work independently with effective time management skills.
Responsibilities- Present, in-service, and sell Laborie products and services to medical professionals in offices and hospitals
- Demonstrate proficiency with all product portfolio devices, indications for use, and procedures
- Provide support and advice to physicians on the correct use of Laborie products
- Identify and develop real prospects to ensure sales targets are achieved
- Present brand value propositions and value-added customer solutions through leveraging the overall Laborie range
- Bachelor's Degree (B.S. or B.A) or a combination of relevant experience, education, and training
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated successful sales experience in medical device or related field
- Proven ability to identify business opportunities and persuade and influence others
- Excellent communication skills, including advanced presentation ability
