Work Schedule:

Night Shift: 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., 4 days on - 4 days off (Days may vary)

Weekend Shift: Friday to Monday (Day Shift: 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.)

Training Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Essential Duties:
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with integrity.
  • Accurately input data into company systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues.
  • Provide precise information to clients.
  • Exhibit efficient resource utilization.
  • Assist in delivering a high standard of customer service.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of transportation operations and geography.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
