Customer Experience Specialist

As a Customer Specialist at CarMax, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing guidance and support throughout the car-buying process. This includes facilitating vehicle appraisals, conducting vehicle condition assessments, and ensuring that all vehicles meet CarMax Quality Standards.
You will work closely with our team to meet sales goals and handle a wide range of customer interactions. To succeed in this role, you must be able to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by guiding customers through the car-buying process
- Conduct vehicle condition assessments and communicate information to Buyers
- Check in and receive vehicles, complete daily scanning and reconciliation of vehicle inventory
- Perform cosmetic inspections and ensure that all vehicles meet CarMax Quality Standards
- Perform various administrative duties, including printing daily reports and maintaining transaction paperwork
Requirements

- Ability to balance customer needs with business goals
- Basic skills with Microsoft Office Suite
