Customer Experience Specialist

At SumUp, we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our merchants. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our merchants receive the support they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service to our merchants via phone, email, chat, and social media channels.
- Become proficient with our technology and products to effectively resolve customer issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and support.
- Contribute to process optimization and content creation to enhance our support experience.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service background and experience in a technical support role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Fluency in English (conversational Spanish a plus).
