Location Description

The Laylow, Autograph Collection Hotel is a 1960's Hawaiian Modern aesthetic hotel located in lush garden surroundings, just steps away from Waikiki Beach, shopping, and dining. This hotel transports visitors and employees alike back in time through authentic mid-century furnishings and decor. Centrally located in the heart of Waikiki, it is a short walk to the ocean, restaurants, shops, and nightlife, making it an ideal place to work and further your career in the hospitality industry.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. As the Executive Chef, you will oversee all culinary operations, including kitchen management, menu planning, inventory control, and maintaining high standards of food service management. You will have a proven track record as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role within the food industry.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in cooking techniques, menu planning, and kitchen operations. You should be proficient in supervising kitchen staff and maintaining inventory control, with expertise in food safety standards and regulations. You should also be able to excel in a fast-paced environment while ensuring quality and efficiency, with excellent communication skills.
