Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at HYATT Hotels. As a key member of our hotel's leadership team, the Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and sanitation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Culinary Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.

Requirements

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.

  • Competitive Salary: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year.
