Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

At K-Flex USA, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for representing our company within an assigned territory, working closely with customers to convey the benefits and features of our K-Flex products specific to the HVAC/R market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and their applications in the HVAC/R market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Contribute to the overall sales goals of the Company and its Sales and Marketing Departments.
  • Develop and maintain a mastery of product knowledge and consultative promotion techniques.
  • Provide recommendations towards sales and marketing solutions based on understanding and evaluations of trends, dynamics, and customer needs.
  • Maintain all sales demonstration tools and applications.
  • Develop technical presentations for current and potential customers.
  • Participate in and contribute to sales and marketing meetings and trade shows as appropriate.
  • Work in a team-oriented environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business from a four-year college or university.
  • Minimum of 1 year related experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Presentation skills with the ability to present to all audiences, including upper-level management when necessary.
  • Ability to travel, including overnights, up to 60%.
Physical Demands:
  • Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift objects of up to 20 lbs.
  • Travel by Company vehicle or air.
