Regional Sales Manager

Amphenol RF is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our market presence in the Northern California region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and manufacturers' reps.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales plans and forecasts.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the electronic component industry.
  • Proven track record of sales success and growth in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
