Job Title: Sales Manager - Vision

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager - Vision to join our team at Lumenis. As a Sales Manager - Vision, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding sales within our existing customer base, prospecting and building pipeline for new business opportunities, and developing strong relationships with key decision makers.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain and expand sales within existing customer base
* Prospect and build pipeline for new business opportunities
* Develop strong relationships with key decision makers
* Develop quarterly, monthly, and weekly plans to maximize customer relationships and improve face-to-face selling time
* Develop pipeline, ensure pipeline progression and on-going activity
* Forecast and submit sales reports in a timely manner
* Work closely with regional sales leaders to plan and execute territory strategies to win account opportunities and achieve overall sales targets

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or capital equipment sales, medical device preferred
* Demonstrated/proven track record of meeting quota and driving sales growth
* Ability to manage quota
* Ability to manage and close complex sales
* Positive attitude and approach to the job responsibilities, team player
* Microsoft applications (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
* Salesforce experience preferred
* Must be able to use personal vehicle and maintain a valid driver's license
