Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Gecko Hospitality. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing all areas of operations and floor management
  • Provide leadership and perspective to all team members and support our mission and principles
  • Assist in maintaining numerous departments successfully, attend weekly meetings with the management team to review performance and provide direction
  • Review weekly/monthly P&L statements and work together with the management team to develop action plans to increase sales and control costs

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high volume environment
  • Trust, honesty, integrity, and a true passion for customer satisfaction
  • Ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts
  • Passionate about and thrive on the development and mentoring of others
