We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Event Coordinator to join our Fooda team in Omaha. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our events and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support event setup, teardown, and logistics to ensure a high-quality experience for our customers
  • Develop competency with Fooda's technology and standard operating procedures
  • Problem-solve and troubleshoot technical issues with point-of-sale systems, onsite technology, and TV menu boards
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly
  • Facilitate audits of restaurant event setups to ensure consistency and quality
  • Escalate issues to Operations Manager as needed

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
