Apex Systems is seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist II to provide exceptional support to Medicaid providers via phone and internet. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving routine issues and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take and process transactions by telephone, internet, and correspondence from customers and representatives.
  • Enter and maintain database records of customer profiles and prepare status reports.
  • Act as a liaison for customers, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Maintain knowledge of company products and customer service processes.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
