Job Title: Business Development Manager

Charger Logistics Inc is a world-class asset-based carrier seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth in the USA region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement territory and account strategies to support sales growth in the USA region.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing business accounts.
  • Manage and define financial resources, including monitoring budgets and providing input for financial decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Director to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in new business development, including cold calling, setting appointments, and presenting to potential customers.
  • 1+ years of sales and account management experience in the transportation industry, highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the sales planning process and ability to interface with all levels of customers.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, as well as strong interpersonal and customer relation skills.
  • Ability to function independently with little or no supervision and work in a team environment.
