Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales growth strategies to drive revenue growth for each business unit.
  • Work closely with the Home Office Leadership team and senior operations leaders to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Oversee and support the property-based sales teams to ensure effective selling processes are in place.
  • Manage and develop high-performing sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies to support sales efforts.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales professionals to enhance their skills and performance.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of sales experience in the hospitality industry.
  • College degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
