Job Summary:

Alcon is seeking a District Manager to lead a team of Sales Specialists within their territory. The ideal candidate will provide inspirational leadership and strategic direction to achieve performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy customer strategies to achieve business goals, maintain/improve sales, profit, and market share.
  • Manage multiple priorities and resources related to individual and group efforts.
  • Take ownership for redirecting efforts as needed to deliver high efficiency and quality of work from self and others.
  • Manage expenses and other resources within allotted operational budgets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience.
  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English.
  • 5 Years of Relevant Experience including.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Preference for candidate to live within market.
  • Exposure and/or experience in other functional areas of the business.
  • Prior experience launching new products preferred.
  • Working relationships with top Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
