We are seeking a skilled Technical Change/Incident Management professional to join our team at The Ceres Group. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our technical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and facilitate regular operational reviews and approvals of technical changes
  • Conduct post-mortem investigations to identify root causes and recommend process or system improvements
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance
  • Support senior leaders and track and report issues
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress

Requirements:

  • Excellent written, presentation, and collaboration skills
  • Proven ability to partner with business and technical teams
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in IT technical projects and changes
  • Bachelor's degree in IT required
  • Working knowledge of infrastructure, network, and software development practices
  • Process improvement knowledge to identify/recommend opportunities
  • Ability to communicate and work with all levels of management
  • Tracking and analysis of KPIs and metrics
  • Working knowledge of industry operating standards such as COBIT, ITIL, ISO, etc.
