Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Professional to join our team at Massachusetts Employer. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for providing financial support and guidance to our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Functions: Perform various accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in the management of inventory, including counting, reconciliations, and cycle counting.
  • ERP System Management: Maintain and support our ERP system, including data entry, reporting, and troubleshooting.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, and experience with ERP systems.
  • Certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification preferred.
Working Environment

This is a full-time position that operates in a professional office environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
