About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Director to join our team at ATN International. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction for all aspects of treasury operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all treasury operations, including cash forecasting, disbursements, and intercompany obligations.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize financial risk.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute strategic finance initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with banks and other financial institutions to ensure optimal cash management and borrowing arrangements.
  • Develop and implement Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) content to support our company's sustainability goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in banking, treasury, and/or investor relations.
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) license preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
