Enterprise Relationship Manager

Northern Impact is looking for an Enterprise Relationship Manager to manage our largest clients' experiences within our platform. This role involves building relationships with users, identifying and solving issues, and driving product adoption.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop expertise in our product offerings to serve as the primary point of contact between Northern Impact and large enterprise clients.
- Proactively interface with multiple levels of client management to build strong relationships and drive product adoption.
- Manage regular check-in calls to solve tactical issues, identify product development opportunities, and drive adoption.
- Take ownership of daily problems and issues, working with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve client concerns.
- Bachelor's degree in a business-oriented field (e.g., economics, marketing, finance, engineering).
- At least 4 years of professional experience, with 2+ years in a client-facing/account management role.
$95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.
