Position Profile

We are seeking a highly experienced VP, Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As Regional Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving loan production, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a culture of excellence and team collaboration.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase loan production in the region, aligning with corporate objectives and targets.
  • Lead and mentor a team of loan officers, providing training and support to optimize business performance.
  • Facilitate ongoing training sessions for Loan Officers and other branch personnel, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize business performance.
  • Educate the team on new loan programs, terms, and rates available, ensuring they make informed decisions to best serve clients.
  • Advise and assist Loan Officers on company policies and procedures, as well as compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and staying abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.
  • Participate in business development initiatives, networking events, and community endeavors to enhance visibility and generate new business prospects.
Requirements
  • Must be a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS), authorized to conduct business in Florida.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience developing and leading high-performance sales teams within the mortgage industry.
  • Strong understanding of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach to service delivery.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
