Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience as a corporate paralegal and a BA/BS degree. Your duties will include:

  • Drafting and disseminating materials to the company's Board of Directors and Committees;
  • Entity management, including updating records for different states;
  • Assisting in administrative matters relating to the Board of Directors, including compliance with Committee charters and Board policies;

You will also assist with stockholder meetings, including preparing written materials and coordinating with Transfer Agent, and develop strategic initiatives to simplify and improve the contract administration process.
