We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Operations Manager to support the daily operations of Harvard University's Center for Brain Science. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Executive Director and research scientists, ensuring the smooth functioning of the Center.

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, we offer a comprehensive benefits program that includes health insurance, retirement savings, and tuition reimbursement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative operations, with experience in managing budgets, preparing grant proposals, and coordinating logistics. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Beyond the core responsibilities, the Administrative Operations Manager will also be expected to contribute to the development of strategic plans and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the Center's goals and objectives.
