About the Job:
TCWGlobal is seeking an experienced corporate paralegal to support its team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting Board of Directors and Committee notices, agendas, minutes, consents, and resolutions; assisting with entity management, updating for different states; managing state qualifications and filing of annual reports and licenses; and developing, leading, and implementing strategic initiatives to simplify and improve contract administration process.

Salary: $50-$68 per hour

Requirements:
A BA/BS degree and 5-10 years of experience as a corporate paralegal. A paralegal certificate and experience with both a top-tier law firm and in-house legal department are preferred. The candidate should have knowledge of corporate governance best practices and annual compliance, prior experience working on Board materials, and public company experience, including Form 4 filings for Section 16 officers and directors.
