About the Position

We are seeking an accomplished Industrial Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the Great Lakes region. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in sales management and drive business growth for Hydro-Thermal Corporation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand market share and revenue growth in the Great Lakes region.
  • Promote HTC's direct steam injection technology to industrial clients, emphasizing its advantages and applications.
  • Maintain close relationships with existing customers, identifying new opportunities for business expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales plans and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the industrial sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving annual sales quotas and expanding customer base.

Compensation

  • An estimated salary range of $160,000 - $220,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Location

This role is based in the Great Lakes region, with regular travel required to meet with clients and partners.
