Residential HVAC Business Development Specialist
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling residential HVAC installations and accessories to homeowners.
Responsibilities:- Promote and Sell HVAC Products and Services: Strategically present the functionality, benefits, and key value propositions of our HVAC systems and related accessories to prospective customers.
- Develop and Foster Relationships: Maintain close communication with prospects, nurturing relationships to close sales and promote long-term customer retention.
- Meet and Exceed Targets: Achieve individual and team goals for new customer acquisition on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Track Progress and Results: Record prospect interactions and track goal attainment in the CRM system to ensure transparency and accountability.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a product or service environment
- Excellent ability to manage and build relationships
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales acquisition goals
- Advanced communication, selling, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams

Compensation:The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer health, dental, and vision care, paid time off, retirement savings with company match, and professional development opportunities including paid training.
