Residential HVAC Business Development Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling residential HVAC installations and accessories to homeowners.

Responsibilities:
  • Promote and Sell HVAC Products and Services: Strategically present the functionality, benefits, and key value propositions of our HVAC systems and related accessories to prospective customers.
  • Develop and Foster Relationships: Maintain close communication with prospects, nurturing relationships to close sales and promote long-term customer retention.
  • Meet and Exceed Targets: Achieve individual and team goals for new customer acquisition on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Track Progress and Results: Record prospect interactions and track goal attainment in the CRM system to ensure transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a product or service environment
  • Excellent ability to manage and build relationships
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales acquisition goals
  • Advanced communication, selling, and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams

Compensation:
