We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team at Performance Services, a leading design and construction firm specializing in constructing and renovating education and government facilities.

The ideal candidate will have past experience selling new commercial construction and/or HVAC upgrade/retrofit projects, with a strong understanding of the different delivery methods. They will be responsible for building relationships with potential and current customers to identify and drive opportunities for energy efficiency projects that can help save on utility costs.

This role involves executing strategic selling initiatives, planning and executing bid and proposal activities, and collaborating with Project Engineers and Project Managers to achieve business development and sales objectives.

As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for creating and developing relationships to win new business and expand existing accounts. You will work closely with direct decision-makers, including Superintendents, Directors of Facilities, and School Business Managers, to educate them on ways to improve their business and justify PSI's methodologies.

You will also be responsible for crafting compelling events and navigating customers through a committee buying process, using insightful discovery questions to identify and influence business needs, and challenging conventional thinking to create new opportunities.

The salary range for this position is estimated to be around $150,000 - $250,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. Performance Services offers a very competitive base salary and a strong commission structure, as well as great benefits, including 100% coverage of health insurance premiums and HSA contributions.
