Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to meet client expectations
  • Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and training sessions
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, email management, and document preparation

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience in an administrative role; nonprofit experience is a plus but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and high standard of integrity
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, maintaining confidentiality and upholding professional standards

Salary Range: $20 - $22 per hour, based on experience
