About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority (RRHA). In this role, you will provide critical administrative support to the Department Director, contributing to the success of our Housing Choice Voucher Program and Tenant Selection Office.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to important documents.
  • Develop and implement effective procedures for handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, representing RRHA in a professional manner.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; related training or college courses preferred.
  • Progressively responsible experience providing administrative support, with strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to learn new software programs as required by assigned tasks.
Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience.
