Job Description:

At Workforce Solutions for Tarrant Co., we are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling front desk duties, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Duties: Greet clients and visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with office clerical duties, filing, and data entry.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client information and staff schedules.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, typing speed of 35 WPM, and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience: Basic customer service and clerical experience preferred.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is $42,000 - $52,000 per year.
