Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Serenity Healthcare. As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, this role is crucial in ensuring smooth clinic operations and enhancing patient experiences.

About the Role

This is a full-time position (3-13 hour shifts) that requires excellent customer service and administrative support skills. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and provide support and compassion to patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Update and verify customer information upon each visit.
  • Help patients feel valued by creating rapport, remembering their names, interests, and stories.
  • Answer questions, address worries, respect boundaries, and be sensitive to each person's individual challenges.
  • Ensure a positive patient experience by providing support and compassion.
  • Rotate through other various office tasks throughout the day.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and basic math skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • 1+ year of full-time customer service experience, reception, or personal customer service industry.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
