About the Role

The Private Fiduciary is looking for a skilled Administrative Coordinator for Financial Services to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial services department.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for financial services teams, including preparing documents, handling correspondence, and managing databases
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable, reconcile statements, and maintain accurate financial records
  • Develop and implement efficient administrative processes to improve productivity and reduce errors
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives

Essential Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial software, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year (dependent on experience), plus comprehensive benefits package.
