Geotechnical and Civil Engineering Project Lead

Key Responsibilities:
Establish and nurture relationships with both internal and external clients, facilitating project-related and general meetings.
Lead a team focused on technical or project-specific objectives.
Prepare comprehensive proposals for projects of moderate to high complexity.
Design and implement complete project scopes while drafting engineering reports that provide expert insights and practical geotechnical solutions.
Oversee project management aspects including scope, timeline, and budget adherence.
Conduct engineering analyses in accordance with established company and industry standards.
Guide and mentor junior engineering personnel.
Ensure compliance with corporate health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in geotechnical, civil, or a related engineering discipline is required.
A Master's degree in geotechnical, civil, or a related field is preferred.
A minimum of three years of experience in geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing project management.
Experience in managing client relationships, vendor interactions, and team leadership is preferred.
Professional Engineer registration in Kansas, or the ability to obtain it within 6 to 12 months.
Physical capability to lift weights ranging from 50 to 75 pounds periodically.
