Conduct engineering analyses utilizing both company and industry standards and methodologies.
Guide and mentor junior engineering personnel.
Ensure compliance with corporate health and safety regulations.

Exceptional attention to detail and adept at managing multiple tasks.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal abilities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in geotechnical, civil, or a related engineering discipline is required.
A Master's degree in geotechnical, civil, or a related field is preferred.
A minimum of three years of experience in geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing project management.
Experience in managing client relationships, vendor interactions, and leading teams is preferred.
Professional Engineer registration or the ability to obtain it within 6 to 12 months is required.
Physical capability to lift weights ranging from 50 to 75 pounds periodically.
