- Ensure compliance with corporate health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in geotechnical, civil, or a related engineering discipline is required.
- A Master's degree in the same fields is preferred.
- A minimum of three years of experience in geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing project management.
- Experience in managing client relationships and leading teams is preferred.
- Professional Engineer registration or the ability to obtain it within a specified timeframe is necessary.
- Physical capability to lift weights ranging from 50 to 75 pounds periodically.
