- Develop comprehensive scopes of work and produce engineering reports that provide professional insights and practical geotechnical solutions.
- Oversee project management aspects including scope, timeline, and budget adherence.
- Conduct engineering analyses in accordance with established company and industry standards.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineering staff.
- Ensure compliance with corporate health and safety protocols.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in geotechnical, civil, or a related engineering field.
- A Master’s degree in geotechnical, civil, or a related engineering field is preferred.
- A minimum of three years of experience in geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing project management.
- Experience in managing client relationships and leading teams is preferred.
- Professional Engineer registration/licensure in the relevant state, or the ability to obtain it within a specified timeframe.
- Physical capability to lift weights ranging from 50 to 75 pounds periodically.
