  • Conduct engineering analyses in accordance with established company and industry standards.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineering staff.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate health and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in geotechnical, civil, or a related engineering field.
  • A Master’s degree in geotechnical, civil, or a related engineering field is preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing project management.
  • Experience in managing client relationships and leading teams is preferred.
  • Professional Engineer registration/licensure in the relevant state, or the ability to obtain it within a specified timeframe.
  • Physical capability to lift weights ranging from 50 to 75 pounds periodically.
