Job Overview

AVPro Global Holdings is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrative Assistant to provide vital support to our sales team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient execution of sales-related tasks and activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date sales-related information, including customer contact details and sales documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales documents, such as invoices and quotes, and ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and track sales orders and requests, and ensure prompt follow-up and resolution.
  • Collaborate with the billing team to ensure accurate and timely billing and invoicing.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Requirements
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a sales environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Work Environment
