Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in answering phone calls from customers and personnel, providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Complete rental processes for our branch, including quoting, coordinating deliveries/pickups, customer billing, and tracking rental inventory.
  • Prepare and manage rental agreements with customers, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Assist in collection calls on past-due rental invoices as needed, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Keep communication between departments on completed tasks and status updates on equipment, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient workflow.
  • Monitor and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for utilization, fleet rightsizing, and dormancy, providing insights for process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a rental or customer service role is preferred, with a strong understanding of rental operations and customer needs.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, with the ability to meet physical demands and duration of physical exertion required for the job.
