Job Summary

Umarex USA is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Shipping Order Picker. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Processing: Receive and verify incoming pick tickets, utilizing hand-held RF devices to locate products and retrieve items according to pick ticket instructions.
  • Pallet Building and Loading: Construct pallets with orders and position them in the designated loading dock area, ensuring timely and efficient loading.
  • Order Preparation: Securely wrap orders and mark them with identifying information per customer requirements.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain equipment, reporting any malfunctions to the supervisor.
  • Warehouse Safety and Cleanliness: Adhere to safety policies and quality standards, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Three to six months of related experience preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to read and write in English.
  • Mathematical Competency: Basic mathematical skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50-pound boxes frequently, with good physical strength and stamina to stand/walk for the majority of the shift.
  • Certifications: Lift truck experience preferred and must be lift driver certified or able to pass certification test.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with great attention to detail.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work overtime when required.
