Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage customer orders through various channels
  • Provide detailed order information and promote effective purchasing practices
  • Inform clients about production timelines and shipping schedules
  • Address and resolve customer grievances
  • Identify customer order needs and liaise with production teams
  • Maintain comprehensive records of orders and customer interactions
  • Communicate product details and specifications to clients
  • Assist clients with orders for replacement components
  • Utilize system tools to identify necessary replacement parts
  • Perform additional tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in Business or a related discipline
  • Prior experience in a customer service capacity
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Self-driven with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word
  • Experience with online order processing
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and possess strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • Experience in a customer call center environment
  • Familiarity with various communication tools
