About the Role

This is a pivotal position within the account leadership team, responsible for delivering a team of workplace professionals for the second-largest portfolio globally. The successful candidate will ensure seamless customer experiences in workplaces, working on-site in Salt Lake City, UT, and leading all aspects of remote sites in Washington, DC, and Chicago, IL, with occasional travel to each location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direction to a large team, delivering outstanding workplace experiences at a high standard.
  • Manage an operating budget and make recommendations on annual budgets.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of initiatives globally, deployed locally.
  • Drive outcomes from third-party vendors, ensuring compliance.
  • Hold key customer relationships as the global workplace SME for the region.
  • Be fully accountable to all service lines within the region, including Facility Management, Project Management, Transaction Management, and Occupancy Management.
  • Be fully accountable for all Health & Safety requirements on the site, championing appropriate standards at all times.

What You'll Need

  • Hold over 7 or more years of validated experience in Facilities Management operations.
  • Excellent communication skills relevant to senior collaborators and end customers.
  • Experience in budget management and contract management.
  • Excellent people management skills with a track record in crafting a positive team culture.
  • High-level time management and interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritize.
  • Experience in supporting the delivery of a suite of services, including Facilities Management, Project Management, Transaction Management, and Space and Occupancy Planning.
