Job Description

As a Partner Sales Leader at Oracle, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue through strategic partnerships with key industry players. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with partners, identifying new business opportunities, and developing innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with industry solution sellers and partners
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue through partnerships
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with partners and customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver innovative solutions
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
  • 10+ years of direct experience in the Energy & Utilities industry
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue through strategic partnerships
  • Strong relationships with industry solution sellers and partners
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
