We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Solutions Sales Director to join our team at ServiceNow. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion across the country.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and Lead a High-Performing Sales Team
- Recruit, coach, and mentor a team of sales executives to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to capitalize on them.
- Collaborate with sales operations to develop and execute sales plans and strategies.
- Drive Sales Growth and Revenue Expansion
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the healthcare payor, provider, and life sciences industries.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Manage Sales Performance and Forecasting
- Develop and manage sales forecasts and pipelines to ensure accurate sales projections and revenue targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
Requirements
- Extensive Sales Experience
- Proven track record of sales success in the healthcare payor, provider, and life sciences industries.
- Strong sales skills, including presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building.
- Leadership and Management Experience
- Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing sales teams.
