You'll lead the development and execution of NetApp's US DoD business strategy, leveraging your expertise to identify new opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the DoD market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including DoD customers, partners, and NetApp teams
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in IT solutions and sales
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans and strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to drive growth
Key Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership and revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of the DoD market and sales landscape
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience with sales strategy development and execution
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • 12+ years of sales leadership experience, including 5+ years of people management experience
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership and revenue growth
  • Experience with sales strategy development and execution
