Job Overview
As a Front Desk Supervisor with Aimbridge Hospitality, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving business results. You will be responsible for overseeing daily front desk operations, ensuring seamless communication with guests, and implementing effective sales strategies to maximize room revenue.

**Responsibilities and Expectations:**
  • Manage daily front desk operations, including checking guests in and out, handling reservations, and addressing guest inquiries
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase room revenue and occupancy
  • Work closely with the Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to ensure efficient guest services and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest interactions, room inventory, and sales data
  • Communicate hotel policies, procedures, and promotions to guests and team members


Requirements:
  • At least 2-3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; College coursework in a related field helpful
  • Previous supervisory responsibility preferred
  • Must have a valid driver's license for the applicable state
  • Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly, evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately, and maintain composure and objectivity under pressure


Compensation Package:
  • A competitive hourly rate: $20.07-$24.09 per hour
